Weather can change the plan
Ask how the provider protects the home if weather interrupts the project and how schedule changes are communicated.
Complex roofs take more time
Steep slopes, multiple levels, valleys, dormers, chimneys, skylights, and difficult access can increase installation time.
Ask for a realistic range
A written contract should not promise an unrealistic timeline. Ask what could reasonably extend the schedule.
